Needs must when the devil drives
Now that it is clear that Americans continue to bug everything that can be bugged (according to NSA Chief
Alexander), it is clear that Merkel and Co. suspect what the consequences of this surveillance might be. On the
one hand, it must rankle with Merkel that she (perhaps) does not know what the Yanks have learnt about her, but
it must worry her to think how this knowledge might be used.
Apart from the fact that it is a pity that the people can hardly share this information, which must be eternally
regretted, Merkel acted and announced that she wanted to create a secure zone for politicians, diplomats and
political representatives, where they could not be bugged, by means of a so-called bilateral agreement.
The Alliance for Democracy asks: Why?
In times when the Euro Europe experiment has long ago thrown away law and the rule of law in favour of
high finance,
it applies today more than ever - surveillance, surveillance, surveillance.
When it comes to the financial security of the USA, and it is also on the lookout for terrorists, then all is
right in the boardrooms of Europe. Here money is laundered officially; here the law is broken.
In a community in which States no longer afford legal security or,
like in Germany were never able to,
it is expedient to know what one’s supposed friend is doing. And above all it is expedient to know what the
supposed friend is planning. Merkel may be considered “
methodical, rational and pragmatic“,
but who knows what
cool hysterics
might do when it comes to the nitty-gritty, to the Brandenburg potato harvest cunningly concealed from the tax
collector or the seat in the Chancellor’s Office?
The panic attacks of the Euro rescuers have led to the compulsion to act according to the motto “Needs must when
the devil drives”. And the result is that Germany finds itself in a
state of emergency
and it turns out that Germany’s legal bases are founded on feet of clay.
The
law, which has been bent and broken
is the reason for the degeneration of politics, as Angela Merkel practices and continues. The worst thing is that
if only the crisis was raging to unsettle the banks, legal bases could still apply; according to today’s parlous
status however, in which legal certainty must be called into question, it is clear that sound finances are
impossible without a sound legal basis. This may have become the breeding ground for long-standing fraudsters
who squander away national budgets – it is however by no stretch of the imagination either legal or legitimate.
The law, and this view may be very German, i.e. the order on which the state and society are based, cannot and must
not be challenged or threatened by politicians or even party-political skirmishing which serve the purpose of
self-preservation. The law must apply equally to all, it must be maintained and adapted to changes and
circumstances in the development of the State. It is exactly this process which has not taken place in Germany.
The NSA affair and the conduct of the Merkel government show that Germany is a police state, which offers no
protection to its citizens, and it is questionable from where Germany draws its democratic legitimacy.
When Angela Merkel declares the sovereignty of the Germans would be restored through an amendment of the
G-10 Act,
this is just one of the
political lies
that Angela M. must tell in order to maintain her shabby position and the semblance of a democracy.
As the
historian Joseph Foschepoth
demonstrated, the Germans have never been sovereign, because all citizens have been under surveillance since the
time of Adenauer. The German services and authorities also committed themselves to sharing their data with the
Allies. Since 1959, the surveillance measures have been based on a supplementary agreement to the NATO Forces
Status Agreement, supplemented in 1968 by the G-10 Act. The postal service and other communications facilities
are therefore monitored legally. The people were never free.
In a
letter to the members of the Bundestag,
the Alliance for Democracy drew attention to this state of affairs, and called on the members to correct it. When
Angela Merkel claims that this could be achieved by an amendment of the G-10 Act, then she is barking up the wrong
tree, because the G-10 Act is just as superfluous as the Merkel government itself. As long as Merkel believes that
she is protecting a favoured elite of the country, and thereby undermining the pride and the moral principles of a
people, she must also be considered stupid if she assumes that continued breaking of the law and duplicity will not
affect the trust and confidence of citizens, or harm international relations - in Europe and throughout the world.
The crisis that has reigned since the Lehman crash may be terrible, but it is also beneficial, because it reveals
the lies and vulnerabilities of a guild which calls itself representatives of the people. It is questionable how a
Chancellor who blithely and silently overlooks the breaking of the law, who is continuing ad absurdum the Euro
European experiment, can assume that the people will remain faithful to the law. The circumstances of the crisis,
the state of emergency, the needs have created exigencies which lack any legal basis. It must be clear in Berlin
that they will eventually be aimed against the representatives of the people, especially when the most blatant lie
of these times is promulgated as the truth, namely that which claims that our savings are safe. They are not so
now, and they never were. All our money will serve only to maintain the Euro madness. It will result in
expropriation, which is already being prepared by switching to IBAN and BIC. This will also include Hartz IV
recipients and recipients of social benefits, who are by no means the favourites of banks, suddenly being able, or
having to have bank accounts, because even if such accounts are not expected to contain much, all contributions are
welcome to the Euro-grabbers. After the savings are gone, more expropriations will follow. The citizens will become
the rescue package for their countries and governments. Since this sacrifice can never fill the enormous “black
holes” in European coffers, it will be followed by a total crash and economic crisis.
