lose links and dependencies between banks and politics

Our petition for the independence of the judiciary and state prosecutors claimed that courts in Germany are not independent and impartial, although they have already been warned about this from several quarters. They are now under coercion once again, and the Alliance for Democracy awaits with great interest what their response will be.
The first response came from the SPD, which in the “Frankfurter Allgemeine Sonntagszeitung” (19.5.2013, p. 1 and 4) suddenly called once again for greater self-determination by the people. The call for direct democracy was nothing more than a mild grumbling, because even the SPD hardly wants genuine, direct democracy, such as that demanded by the Alliance for Democracy, because genuine, direct democracy requires control over all areas of power, which would ultimately place many restrictions on the representatives of the people, who live so well and work so little in the service of the people, if they work at all, which would hardly be to the taste of the spoilt palate of their nocturnal existence. This would require fundamental changes to the law, which could probably only come about by means of a miracle. At the moment, German democracy has its head on the chopping block. When the axe falls, it will be the ECB which will decide; the Germans have nothing more to say about it, because contrary to the news disseminated so far, the banks are also hardly in a position of independence. This applies for the European Central Bank as well as for the Deutsche Bundesbank. The central banks, which according to their statutes must be strictly independent, in order to guarantee a regulated and orderly flow of funds, and above all not for the purposes of a policy, but for an economy which creates added value, are just as dependent on political decisions as they are on decisions and developments of major capital. As far as concerns the ECB, the Alliance for Democracy justifies this as follows:
In the G-30, an association of the major banks of the world, for the unilateral protection of the interests of major banks such as Goldman Sachs, Morgan Stanley etc., have since the mid-1960’s joined together, beginning with Rockefeller, in order to protect their interests in economic and other areas. We mention this because the Presidents of the European Central Bank (ECB), such as the Frenchman Trichet and also the Italian Draghi as President of this institution, were at the same time members and advisers, and at least pupils of these institutions, and there learnt their capitalist, elite-orientated skills.
This is significant because the European Central Bank is not private, but a public institution, which had its beginnings in Germany, and from 1999, in addition to the implementation of the ECB decisions and the development of working instructions for the national central banks, was also supposed to take care of the stability of the Euro as a currency. This gives rise to the question of who elects Mr. Draghi for example. On this matter it can only be said that the European heads of government (as recommended by their finance ministers), who sit on the European Council, elect their President. There is nothing objectionable about this in itself, but since in the course of the crisis more and more national legal characteristics prevented the already defined exercise of power of the ECB, the bending and the breaking of the law became legal – when in reality another course should have been taken, namely the joint determination of the peoples of Europe. Due to the numerous links and entanglements, the ECB now governs Europe and its peoples, and democracy is bypassed. This case shows, like so many other cases, what consequences an idea can have when it is not thought out to its ultimate conclusion. The worst thing is that no European people can do anything about it any longer. At least not without force of arms. This is made more difficult by the fact that the President of the ECB is elected for a term of five years.
Certainly Draghi worked, before he became head of the ECB for five years with Goldman Sachs, where he was the Divisional Manager for Europe. As an elite of the most influential bank, it is also clear that Draghi thus belongs to one of the most influential circles in the world, which steer banks and countries to profit. The supposed independence is therefore brought to nothing by the fact that the scions of such an institution as Goldman Sachs will not refrain from keeping other banks in a state of dependence, and use their connections in order to create advantages for themselves in the economic and political field.
This was confirmed by the designated directorate member of the European Central Bank Jürgen Stark, who left the ECB in December 2011. Like his predecessor Ottmar Issing, Stark said that the ECB and its Executive Board, and therefore also its President Mario Draghi, found themselves in a vicious circle of their own activities, which also included (prohibited!) state financing.
It is also interesting that Mr. Draghi, now wants to take on trade credits from the Italian government, which are subject to high risk, and could therefore be written off – all naturally at the cost of other supporting Euro countries, of which Germany is saddled with a share of 27%. Figures which no individual can comprehend. Due to the interweaving of politics and major capital, which has swollen to unbelievable proportions during the Euro period, it is clear: There can be no settlement in the game over dependency and independency. Countries are becoming financial markets, due to infinitely high debts, which are also the fodder for speculators. This must all exert an irresistible attraction for those of common mind, who have no concept of the damage that they are causing – in the case of Draghi however, it may be assumed that the consequences were known, and were simply accepted.
Who indeed would not overlook the people and their needs, if they were not obsessed with the aim of enriching themselves from these very same people? And these include sinister tricks, lies by ministers, henchmen, agents and the press. The people. Let us recall at this point probably the most blatant lie, that of enduring growth, of which Prof. Dr. Karl Schiller, former super-minister for Economy and Finance spoke, awakening the prospect that Germany would always be blessed with growth. And a similar prospect was aroused when Mr. Draghi spoke before the Bundestag and declared that the ESM/Fiscal Pact would provide the universal panacea for the Euro community.
Anyone who allowed himself to be convinced by the inspiration of such a united Europe, and even made money from it, would have to be sued for compensation payments. Of course the Euro strategy of Draghi knew that this is impossible. No European country makes such laws. And in this way the liars and opponents of democracy have passed through the barriers of jurisdiction, in the knowledge that they can never be convicted of anything; they will not need to accept any responsibility. On the day on which the page of history once more turns to democracy, we hope that Draghi will at least draw the only final conclusion allowed by his elitist training. In such a case, perhaps even the Catholic Church will turn a blind eye to Draghi’s suicide. Because Draghi must also have had some friends amongst the Catholic Church.
