Something is rotten in the state of Germany

Party and Government lies, i.e. underhand party-political dealing, have meant and continue to mean that the gap between rich and poor is widening, particularly since young people remain poor and pensioners have to do without the reward for their work. This is due not only to the pay-as-you-go systems (legal social security systems), but also to the supposed bank bailouts (Financial Stabilisation Act and Financial Stabilisation Fund), which were approved by the popular parties and their coalition partners in the Bundestag and also rushed through the Bundesrat.
All of this led to the socialisation of losses, which will have to be paid for as liabilities for debts of supported Euro countries. This is however concealed by politics, even though this development was foreseeable since the foundation of the European Monetary Union. The Euro served as the currency of devaluation for all other currencies which were merged into the Euro union. If matters had been decided differently at this time, the German and other currencies would not have been devalued, but adjusted, so that a basis could have been created for a Europe to follow on from the Schengen Agreement, which could have called itself the United Europe, and could also have been managed in the sense of a community. But this did not prove to be the case.

A divided Europe – a divided Germany
Today it must be concluded that all politicians who constantly talk of a United Europe have betrayed this idea. This works to the detriment of all strata of the population, who have to struggle with the devaluation of money, and in particular young people and pensioners, because with empty coffers there can be no prospects for young people, and pensioners will receive no more pensions from these funds. For this reason, we call on young people and pensioners in particular to follow the voting recommendation of the Alliance for Democracy.
This is however also directed at all other voters, in order to put an end to the previous party politics, and to force politics, by the dwindling number of votes, to make similar concessions along the lines of our article “System correction 2011” for the control of all power. What is meant here is above all party-political power, as allowed for so far in their programmes by the pirates. The fewer votes the respective parties attract, the more reliant they are on the voting public, who should really be the ones to decide what happens in the country.
The excessive abuse of power which the representatives of the people have allowed themselves, must be urgently stopped, especially with regard to the results of their policies, rather than allowing new laws to come into force which extend the political room for manoeuvre. As long as no control of power is exercised in all areas of politics, the economy and finances, the people are not immune to crash and crisis situations such as the present one, and hard-won democracy loses sense and substance, and the social order falls apart. Capitalism as a social system is a reasonable starting point for fair and social action if its excesses are limited, and abuse of power is excluded from the outset.

The social system of capitalism will always survive, but if it is handled as in the case of (German) party-politics, resulting in the miserable failure of the political caste over the last century in many ways, no matter what special causes were involved - and democracy has been and is being dismantled, then it is high time to ensure that this system as the basis for society in Germany finally becomes a previously lacking social order which can only flourish by means of control and a legislative framework applicable to all areas.
In this respect, the Pirate Party is the only party that has a corresponding programmatic orientation (and the opportunity to take part in shaping policy), and which is prepared to accept the control of party politics within a government team. This acceptance is lacking with the major parties, although it would be necessary in order to prevent a power vacuum, such as has been created by the Merkel government.
The parliamentary leader of the CDU, Volker Kauder, was recently pondering whether it might not be advisable to create direct democracy in Germany on the model of Switzerland, but then gave up the idea, since this would necessitate too far-reaching changes.
Since Kauder’s statements, two years have passed, during which politics continued to work in the same old way, combating loans with more borrowing, and has been unable to bring about a rescue or an end to the crisis at the European level. This party-political unwillingness to change and further development of a democracy in itself is more than enough reason for every voter to declare at the ballot box that change and further development in a democracy cannot mean the sell-off of state funds. The opinion of the people is unwelcome, as for example in the case of “Stuttgart 21”. This cannot be accepted any longer.

So the message to every voter in Lower Saxony must be: go to the ballot boxes to increase the turnout, so that the percentages of those parties which do not serve the people fall, and they do not receive a share of the vote to which they are not entitled. And for every voter to make a decision for parties who pursue useful policies, but above all because as non-established parties, they are uncommitted and unobligated, and could not use common political stratagems which would not need to be prosecuted.

Against all lies and inhumanity – A new start for Germany and for Europe
Basically it is irrelevant which party brings about a meaningful restoration of fundamental German rights to escape the Euro crisis, and above all the Eurocracy; the way into the future could basically be achieved without a devaluation of the currency or the impoverishment of the elderly and lack of prospects for young people through the following points:
  1. The total relief of increasingly burdened young people, i.e. those below 50, must be achieved as soon as possible. In addition, a scheme must be developed that also takes into account the non-working population and allows them a chance of survival in case of the crash, which becomes more likely the longer the current government remains in office.
As long as this government and party politics fails to succeed, these parties no longer deserve our respect.

  2. The ongoing devaluation of money must be brought to a stop immediately. The longer the crash is delayed by politics, the lower the value of the Euro will be, in particular in the context of the ECB practice of illicitly financing countries and flooding the market with money, which encourages deflation and inflation. The savings (which Chancellor Merkel guaranteed were safe and would not be eroded) are being devalued with each passing day in which the Euro continues as the currency, simply in order to combat debt with more debt – an untenable task from every economic aspect. To this extent, Merkel’s guarantees are lies.

The monetary mismanagement by party politics has also led to the erosion of German democracy and resulted in the absolutist dictatorship of the Euro, and this with the blessing of German jurisdiction and that of the other 16 Euro countries. This violation against humanity, against all democratic principles must also be reflected at the ballot box.

On 20th January 2013 the people of Lower Saxony go to the polls, and in September the Germans will elect a government which after everything that the press was ready to conceal and what has nevertheless still come to light, can be happy that the Germans have so far showed themselves to be quiet and friendly, and do not behave like the rest of Europe, where Molotov cocktails are thrown in protest against injustices, austerity measures and the decline in value of money. In this respect former Chancellor Schmidt’s fear of a revolution in well-behaved Germany may sound “ungerman”, but agreements have long since been made on the part of the government to be prepared for all eventualities. The following is well-known and documented:

  1. The instructions of the Interior Ministry under the direction of Wolfgang Schäuble to the security authorities before the end of the great coalition to prepare themselves for situations bordering on civil war in the FRG – just as a precaution;

  2. The Federal Constitutional Court decided in favour of the deployment of the Bundeswehr (German armed forces) in cases of terror; this concerns terror in Germany (irrespective of whether the terror stems from within the country or from abroad, and if it stems from within the country, whether the people protect their rights in the form of Democracy against the German state or it is a case of terror which the state practices against its people );

  3. The Federal Constitutional Court gave its decision on pensions, entitlements and support payments and determined: From 7th December 2012, all payments (mainly tax-financed) may be reduced as far as the subsistence level. This applies to all dependents’ pensions under German statutory pension insurance, i.e. widows/widowers, orphans, and this because they must formally be tested and paid (only) according to need. Because there are no reserves available, it also applies to civil servants (all pensions and dependents’ pensions) even if the amounts paid are higher, and also all Hartz IV recipients and other recipients of welfare payments on the basis of Hartz IV.

This is all the more surprising that a state that calls itself a welfare state, and that government policy which flirts with Christian values, can conjure up and be responsible for such decisions, and even set aside the stipulations of the Agenda 2010, in which tax-financed emergency support was converted into the pension insurance obligation in legal pension insurance at the cost of the state, and the whole package then sold to the people as the Hartz-IV reform. We therefore also call on Hartz IV recipients and all other recipients of welfare payments to no longer give their votes to those who make false promises and conceal the fact that applicable benefits currently do not even match the subsistence level.
With the aid of judges and jurisdiction amenable to politics, politics has created for itself the possibility of reducing benefits in gradual, indirect currency reforms, and running down all other payments regardless of the parallel devaluation to be taken into account by the general currency devaluation. The electorate however is told nothing about this – the voters are told: All is well. The discussion over possible rates are kept going; pensioners receive a minimal increase, which however is only made possible by cuts in other areas, and which as debts further burden young people. A vicious circle, which is sustained by politics for its own sake, but which does not help the people. Unfortunately, the public relations work of the Chancellor, who is responsible for all of these terrible decisions as the senior executive of the state, is having the desired effect, because as before, more people would vote for Mrs. Merkel rather than Mr. Steinbrück.
The personnel discussion adroitly disseminated in the press belies the actual debate, namely that on the results of the Merkel policy and the possibilities that would be open to a Steinbrück government (no matter with which coalition partner), and what the future of Germany would look like if new ways could be taken, and what these ways might be.

The public is only sporadically informed of faulty Euro decisions, which always affect all of Germany, including the federal states; the opinion that Mrs. Merkel is already doing this, and has proven herself to be competent, is palpably wrong, but is hawked by the major press publishers with skilful public relations measures, which are aimed at keeping Angela Merkel in office as the Chancellor of Germany. The government boasts about being the best government since the reunification and thereby wants to hide the fact that these laurels are made of plastic, and are also undeserved.
This government has not worked well, it is just the only one (and this is what Mrs. Merkel means) that can find its way in the tangle of lies and agreements, manoeuvring and back-door dealing. After all, it was she who put together this unholy alliance with its depredations. And all of this taken together leaves no hope of progress, but only contributes to the loss in value of the Euro and gradual currency reform, which is the only possible solution that Mrs. Merkel can currently seek for Germany (and this of course against the will of the people, and of course without comment by the major publishers in the country), which places a further financial burden on the people, and which is based on the one hand on deception, and on the other will (hopefully) go down as unique in history – although many generations will have to foot the bill.
If it were better known what Mrs. Merkel is aiming for and at what price, the protest would be much louder, but the press keeps its lips tightly sealed or under the guise of freedom of opinion mixes the truth with the statements of the Federal Press Office, in which of course everything sounds as if it were quite wonderful. Who would write anything different, or explain anything factually, when their careers and monthly income did not depend on it?
It must not be ignored in this context by what means Mrs. Merkel seeks to achieve her objective. The good PR, but also the fear of the people of what would happen if Mrs. Merkel were to resign or if state governments would simply voted out, serves her and secures the votes of those who are not willing to change, and would rather go under with the traditional. Overall, the answer to the question as to what might happen is not easy to find. One thing is clear however: The parties, the banks, and big business are also afraid of this question. The Interior Ministry, the state Treasury have been analysing the problem, and big business and the banks are also testing one emergency plan after the other, and are slowly but surely manoeuvring away from the Constitution, silently and with some sweat on the forehead, so that politics continues to cooperate, and also keeps the opposition silent, on which the mills continue to turn in the now lawless area of Europe, Germany, Lower Saxony.

Money is not something to be played with – and nor are people
This can all be seen from the fact that the business and central banks have gone over to adopting contractual currency clauses which provide security in the event that the Euro at some point ceases to exist. The TUI in Hannover was a pioneer in this matter and uses currency clauses until today. Another sign of the fear of big business and banks is: The central banks are buying gold in substantial quantities. Paper money seems to have become obsolete, appears to have no value any more or the banks have lost confidence in the value of paper money. Just as in Ireland, where after the crash, people papered their walls with the useless banknotes as an art project.
Focus has given its view of these gold purchases and confirmed why the central banks of the world have since 2010 bought up nearly 100 tons of gold for approx. US$ 5.5 billion, and why it is now clear that the central banks of the world (Brazil, South Korea, Mexico, Russia) hardly even trust the paper on which the banknotes are printed. And just because of the flooding of the financial markets with more and more paper money by starting up the presses for the purchase of junk government bonds, although the money from the European Central Bank is no longer available to make these purchases, and also because of the target obligations, which further compound the injustice and the debts.
It is also known in Germany that the flooding of the markets leads to more inflation, even if economic issues are not taught in schools. And so the Alliance for Democracy is amazed when the President of the European Central Bank (ECB) Mario Draghi claims that this is not so, and still gets away with it. The ECB is also buying gold, and for its own sake making every effort to keep the gold price stable.
For Germany this means: The interest rate decreases wanted and implemented by the ECB and the Deutsche Bundesbank in conjunction with the German Federal Government were the first measure to keep the markets in the game, and also generate potential for price increases, which is actually no longer available. And one thing is certain: The banks earn money from losses, as well as from gains of the Euro, this is what the game is all about. And these games must be also controlled and especially curtailed, instead of politics still contributing to the increasing greed for profit and the curiosity over what is happening with the bankers, bringing about the consequences which are fuelling the current crisis. Politics, i.e. parliament, all members of the government, all state representatives are called upon to keep a sharp eye on these central banks, and if necessary to stamp on their greedy fingers. But this has not happened so far. Also a moment in which it might be asked why popular representatives still stand for election, because this alone would be sufficient for immediate deselection.
Voters and those sick of elections are the main victims of this party politics. And this would provide the political elite with possibilities for a fundamental new beginning. A party that was really looking for ways to allow for the immediate control of the power and transparency of the work would be conceivable, as well as immediate currency reform and all points which the Alliance for Democracy has already described for the abandonment of the supposed rescue of the Euro.

The tally of failure of the government is full – another point is the grant of tax concessions for the so-called global players, who are allowed to keep vast sums of taxes with permission of German governments, while every working person is incredibly highly taxed in comparison, apart from the measures if information has not been provided.
On the revolution in Germany and in Europe, the Alliance for Democracy recommends cavalry and air attacks on tax havens in which German group companies have established subsidiaries to transfer taxes by legal means via dual taxation agreements. The idea of the cavalry also stems from the “World Economist” Peer Steinbrück, who at that time wanted to move into Switzerland, to win back the German money lost in this way for the German Treasury. Apart from the fact that it this an image which brings a smile to the face, one imagined Mr. Steinbrück on a charger, with spear, sword and shield as a campaigner of the Germans, although this smile disappears when one remembers that Steinbrück hardly possesses the virtues of a campaigner, and we remember at this point the still unidentified donation recipients of his funding, and we think above all of how Mr. Schäuble negotiated with the Swiss on the matter, and how the party of Mr. Steinbrück alienated the Swiss with strange plans, so that they laid down draconian standards, and the Germans drew in their horns. Overall this is a completely ridiculous idea, but unfortunately also a sign of the inability of German politicians to act on the international, or to put it better neighbourly level, and that the result of all German actions has been that much of the recoverable, potential tax revenues due to the German Treasury have been lost in countries with which Germany has no dual taxation agreement, particularly from large group companies in the FRG (some of which are even partly state-owned), such as BASF, Telekom or also the Commerzbank, who have dozens of subsidiaries in tax havens, and pay only low tax rates, or no tax at all. So such a group gains money – all auditors or auditors of large enterprises of the German tax authorities may twitch at the thought of real numbers, but ultimately can only look on and shrug their shoulders. And this is even topped for example in that such tax-free profits of subsidiary companies in tax havens are returned to the German parent company in the form of loans, and these companies then pay interest to the subsidiaries in the tax havens, which in turn reduces the taxation liabilities of the parent company in Germany, and in consequence also the taxable profit and the final tax to be paid. And then the interest reducing the tax payable in Germany for tax-free profits of the subsidiary company is again taken back as tax-free profits of the subsidiary company in the tax haven.

Nor is it only large businesses and groups who are interested in saving taxes – the ordinary man in the street also wants to know that their hard-earned savings are in safe hands. These amounts, if they are taken back, are however given to other countries as rescue package measures, thereby doubly burdening the saver.
So instead of sending in the cavalry, state and federal agencies are required – including in the state of Lower Saxony. This fact should encourage voters and shake them awake, to go to the polls and to spoil their ballot paper in protest against the established popular parties and their coalitions (or to vote for a small party), because the question must be asked: Where are the efforts of politics to grant ordinary citizens the same opportunities allowed to large companies for the purposes of tax avoidance or reduction?
The ordinary citizen should of course be able to safeguard his savings under the condition of orderly, controlled policy and of course with the same tax concessions such as in countries with direct democracy like Switzerland or Norway. Rather than how it is commonplace that politics is guilty of mismanagement, and then simply lies, as did Mrs. Merkel (in total three times), when it comes to the safety of savings. So, party politics, create the relevant requirements and serve your people!

Without solidarity equal treatment all the way up to the top of big business, there can be no social order because, as we now see, it is impossible to run a “top-down society” which is just and social. The one thing mitigates against the other. The principles of the essential equality of treatment and of the relevant principles of the proportional use of funds, that must be mandatory at the highest judicial level as a basis for decisions, must be considered to an increasingly urgent degree, both at state and national level.
State parliaments and the German Bundestag and Bundesrat, here again through state representation and the members of state governments, and in this case Lower Saxony in particular, are required for corresponding lacking legislative regulations, which the Executive must place in the hands of the auditors and the finance administration, because the states themselves are the ones who have to produce the corresponding input from the members delegated by them to the Bundestag – although at the moment they have continued to remain inactive. The influence of state representatives is therefore immense, and a resource which must be used sensibly, so that political patronage no longer determine the day-to-day work of politics – this is exactly why the man from Lower Saxony became almost a martyr.

The man from Lower Saxony who almost saved the Germans
The former Minister President of Lower Saxony, Christian Wulff, may have accepted benefits, we still do not know today exactly what was involved; We know, however, that he has so far not been prosecuted. We can therefore assume that there was a conspiracy against the man, who spoke out publicly many times against the ESM/Fiscal Pact and even hinted that he would not sign the Act, as was his duty as head of State.
We have no sympathy for Mr. Wulff, and we believe that he too is only a politician who was interested only in power and his career, and thought that the world was his oyster. So he flew high, but fell far – the normal state of affairs in politics. One thing must be acknowledged however: Christian Wulff refused to sign the ESM agreements. For Angela Merkel, this must have been an intolerable idea (which would also have meant her immediate resignation), but good luck gave her the time that she needed to bring about his demise. The strange thing was: Mr. Wulff apparently did not feel that he was on the hit list, and also failed to sense the red-dot sights of the weapons of his hunters. He made speeches and presentations in Italy and repeatedly said NO to the ESM/Fiscal Pact. A sheep amongst wolves – certainly not, as a politician, one looks after one’s own interests, and this is what Mr. Wulff also did – a martyr to the rescue from the ESM, from the socialisation of losses of the states and the banks, which the taxpayer has to pay for: the German taxpayer, he still remains, even if this topic still has to be discovered by historiography, and also if that means that more and more dirty linen from the political life of a President or a Federal Government comes to the light of day.
Everything that comes to light from politicians circles is interesting and prevents political tactical games, which serve party-politics, regardless of the real task of all politicians, which is to place their services at the disposal of the people, to play tactical games, if necessary, only for this purpose.
The fact that the dark forces won in this case is demonstrated by the choice of Joachim Gauck as Wulff’s successor. Gauck let it be known through the press weeks before entering office that he would sign the ESM/Fiscal Pact. In this way he calmed Angela Merkel’s nerves, allowing her to create for herself the image of the saviour of the Euro. She is not of course – the Euro is irretrievably lost, but perhaps she believes still in this fairytale. At least she managed, even if delayed by complaints, to force the ESM/Fiscal Pact through the Bundestag/Bundesrat with the necessary signatures, which presented the majority of members as advocates and allowed the agreement to become legally binding.
In many articles we have drawn attention to the senselessness of the ESM/Fiscal Pact and the latest practice of the ECB of flooding the markets, and proved that it was this agreement which renders the rescue of the Euro impossible for all time, because it does not support one of the main objectives of the agreements, the non-observation of the prohibition against mutual financial support of states in need, in other words monetary stability, but destroys it.
It remains unclear to today to the Alliance for Democracy why Angela Merkel does not publicly declare this fact, but instead claims that she fears the devaluation of money by infection, which is only caused by exceeding this prohibition. It may be a peculiarity of the Chancellor to twist truths and economic legitimacy, and she alone will know why she lies to her people on this matter, but we must also concede to her that she alone knows how much money she will allow to the European partners, who have long waited for this answer from an economically still functioning Germany, although the state is actually bankrupt. Who therefore may have blackmailed whom at which Euro summit, we dare hardly imagine, but one thing is certain: Angela has negotiated away the budgetary powers, the budgetary sovereignty of the German parliament, and the funds that have been so flowed to the other Euro countries increase the national debt of Germany – and the taxpayer will have to foot the bill. And Hartz-IV recipients will therefore receive no more money, and pensioners will again receive no increase, and young people will have to seek out a future from amongst these ruins.
Christian Wulff would have protected us from this – such recognition belongs to him alone, and despite all accusations. And with this recognition, we combine the hope that the Federal States, whose communities are suffering from empty coffers like the rest of Germany, finally realize that speeches by Angela Merkel should not be heard without a translator from the neo-Liberal into the truth.

We recall in this context NRW and we recall also the state of Hessen, from which it became known that by the state of Hessen and the negotiating methods of the regional councils for 102 Hessen communities (principally Darmstadt and Kassel), between € 3 billion and € 3.5 billion in rescue package liabilities had to be accepted. This one-off expenditure burdens the citizens of the communities in line with the Constitution, but in truth unjustly. What have Hessen communities, whose coffers are just as empty as the coffers of many other German communities, to do with the rescue of the Euro? In actual fact nothing – or do they? Yet politics ordained it so. And we must note once again: The taxpayer pays with his taxes for the liabilities and guarantees, if they become due. This communal expenditure is a convenient way of getting one’s hands on the money of citizens for the financial support of ailing Euro partners, although we should again remember that this is prohibited according to the statutes of the Euro agreements. So, prohibited state financing at the communal level.
Mrs. Merkel unfortunately said nothing about this, nor about why it should affect Hessen, and unfortunately not when it will affect Lower Saxony, but this phenomenon can affect all federal states at any time, because municipalities are so overburdened in their budgets with social security payments that they can no longer support themselves with these budgets – Euro Europe will quickly hold up its hand again, and will have to do so, and the countries downgraded by the rating agencies in 2011 will have to be taught that due to them, the compensation of the deficits of the national banks can no longer be expected.
Perhaps Mr. Wulff foresaw all this, and made his decision for this reason –we do not know, but we know the consequences of this policy, which was pursued over the heads of the press and the people, and all under the label of the best Federal Government since reunification. Seen in such a light, the word “best” becomes a misnomer, just as democracy under such conditions became un-democracy. Since then, the Germans are no longer Democrats and no longer Europeans. They are a people which has been duped and sold out by its own government.
The Alliance for Democracy has protested against these numerous legal violations, and in many cases has submitted constitutional complaints – in some cases we still sway between a judicial Yes or No, and in one case we were short-changed by politically amenable jurisdiction. All these cases can be viewed under “Campaigns”.

The people of Lower Saxony who will save Germany
It therefore requires a greater power than a few applications to the State Prosecutor’s Office and further constitutional complaints in order to correct what is rotten in this state, and to ensure that the organs of state remain loyal to the Constitution. The Alliance for Democracy therefore calls on the people once again: Do not allow those up there to remain on the hopeless course so far set by the rescue of the Euro by means of secret agreements, legal violations and deception of the electorate, and which can end only in the total crash (which Mrs. Merkel wants to prevent at all costs, because otherwise pensioners, orphans and dependents would no longer vote for Mrs. Merkel at the elections in September 2013, let alone the recipients of support payments) or the creeping devaluation of money.

The Alliance for Democracy is aware that many still do not want to see how a government can be such a gang of law-breakers, but it is so. And they carry out their deceit with skill, and they have powerful partners, such as the press, which has long since ceased to report impartially, or jurists at the highest level, who have no other alternative, being bound by instructions, and unless they want to lose face, than to play along in the gamble with our future. This is not a phenomenon of fundamental viciousness, it is a swamp of promises, commitments, agreements, for which there is no return for a politician – except for a bullet in the head.
It is time to take a close look at this, and to arouse the readiness to bring about something new, something that will benefit the Germans, and still makes us viable in the future of Europe. You can decide this at the ballot box. Make the decision that is of benefit to you; Make a decision which is of benefit to Lower Saxony, and which is directed against any abuse of power behind the backs of the people.
